                                                  I get them to, sometimes 5 a day from a guy named doctor. I also been told by spammers I need to buy a replica rolex watch from them and mister $permamax keeps bugging me with his pills.

                                                              I think they make lots of cash even with those descriptions, if not why would they keep doing it. Even those Nigerian lottery scammers made 100.000's of $ before they were caught.
