My Jail Ass-Raping Has Been Delayed
For all of you who publicly expressed your wishes that I'd get ass-raped in jail (btw, thanks to all of you kind people, you have all earned spots on my Christmas card list) you'll have to wait a little longer for the taking of my asshole virginity... the trial was postponed today until Jan 9, 2008 on motion from the defense. But thanks to all of you for your well wishes just the same!

lol, local jail, its only for 10 days and they still have to convict me...
The traffic docket is prosecuted by interns at the DAs office... I don't think it will be much of a challenge...Comment

You're not going to get raped in local jail. The people in there are in for short sentences too. They aren't going to risk freedom over raping your ass.
Just keep to yourself.
If somebody does lay a hand on you fight back. You may get your ass kicked but atleast you won't be raped.

Actually, the statistics I have heard say that the MAJORITY of sexual assaults on inmates occur in local institutions that are below the state level, i.e. city and county jails. I have also heard that there are not nearly as many sexual assults as people think at any level. There are, however, punks who willingly engage in activities either for payment or for protection or whatever, but its not rape if they say yes.Comment

Looks like 10 days is the maximum penalty. I doubt they'll put you in jail at all. They probably save the max penalty for people that actually cause accidents by doing this, or are repeat offenders of the same offense.Comment
