The second thing is, on the rare occassions when it's running properly, it's a pretty good system for collecting your smaller checks and not having to worry about them getting lost in the mail.
On the other hand, you'd get your checks faster (the ones that didn't get lost) if you didn't deal with them. I got involved with them when I was relocating and switching addresses. I probably should have pulled out when the problems first began
