I allso cash in US$ checks outside of the US.
However, when someone is sooo not happy with a service, they should look at other methods to get their payment (maybe chacks aint that bad at all compered to epass?) If someone can't wait 6-8-10 weeks on their payment, maybe it's about time to look around for a part time at the nearest burger flipping store?
