Rapidshare will remove everything you have copyright to as long as you have the link. I hit them with a C&D earlier this year. Luckily, there were not a lot of our videos on there I had to track down links to.

True.. in addition, you don't even need to be the copyright holder. Affiliates may act as agents of the copyright holder and this will work as well. I've also had several rapidshare accounts terminated because they like to 'reup' the same content I just had removed.
