Yeah... he was an idiot - maybe a bit too much of one, at times - I mean No way anybody reverts to the old menu like that in the middle of the second night.
I think that a lot of the reactions are real, but a few of the situations are definitely set up... like "play up your desire to to keep your old menu," or "go and violently swing open that door and confront him in the narrow hallway in which all the cameras are currently set up" is written into the script.

Still, even if it was played up, the guy didn't seem to be the brightest crayon in the box... and I'm looking forward to checking the one with the Irish family out. Guess I've been living under a rock - thanks for the recommendation, all.
