                                                      Are you looking for white hat hackers or misc. hackers for system vulnerability testing ?

                                                      Do a Google search on white hat hacking and tiger teams... try "Cult of the Dead Cow" as a possible starting place...

                                                      There should be a fair amount of white hats out there to do some vulnerability testing at a good rate.
