He has a US passport. If you sexually exploit a child (under 18) in Thailand, you first go to jail here and then you do 30 years in a US prison. They have signs all over warning about this. Anyone in Thailand knows the signs I'm talking about.
Age... 17ish. Bottom line is, they are under 18.
