my ip address was banned but my account was not. i contacted the gfy admin email to correct the situation and have no reply for almost a week. Why would my ip be banned? How about an answer? WTF?

Don't remember seeing your email, but then again I get probably over 1,000 emails and icq's a week concerning GFY. I did check and an IP range that you have posted under has been banned for quite some time due to Kyle Hoppes and his 40+ fake nicks. It's been that way for over a year it seems. I got back two days ago and it the ip was still banned. Today I logged in through a anon proxy and it worked but was too slow to really use (sort of like dialup or worse) turned the proxy off and now everything seems fine. I guess that someone did something.Originally posted by babz4u
