Not a bad read, some useful stuff in there. To really rank for good keywords you need to know alot more than just using proper headers, meta tags, keyword density, etc..

Its all about long tails, silos, proper niche (keyword) research, theme density, theme bleeding, proper content ,etc.., learn and use these and the money will never stop flowing in.
