I don't believe it someone mentioned this! I've gotten into this debate too many times and it never makes a difference but quickly you get the high form E because of a massive release of serotonin. The result of this is that the cells that release the serotonin die. What sucks is that these cells aren't located in a discrete location in the brain but rather are somewhat spread out so don't count on a stem cell cure for it.
