I'd like someone to find one case where someone died using ONLY "e"...I have never heard of a case where they weren't using other drugs / stimulants (like ephedrine) at the same time. A few years ago 20/20 did the first ever non-government funded study on estacy and dispproved every single thing the government(s) claim it does to you. It's one of the safest things you can put in your body...but like anything else (alcohol, hamburgers, etc)...the user can decide if it becomes harmful.

YES, a lot actually. Young girls and guys. about 10 years ago (maybe even longer) when I still lived in Holland we heard reports all the time of young people dying on xtc pills. Then they had "check stations" at parties where you could go and have your pill tested if it was ok to take.Comment

I love EEEEEEE. I have taken up to 10 hits in one night. I have a pic somewhere. Here it is. This was New Years 1999 on 10 hits of EEEE. Now I try to take it at least once a year. back in my dealing days we used to have bags of pills just everywhere within our group...after we spent a whole weekend dealing we would go and get a hotel room for a few nights and just party for 2-3 days straight...I think my record was 24 pills in 3 days...after you eat 5-6 of them you have to start double dropping and triple dropping...i fried my brain a few times over in those days

I don't believe it someone mentioned this! I've gotten into this debate too many times and it never makes a difference but quickly you get the high form E because of a massive release of serotonin. The result of this is that the cells that release the serotonin die. What sucks is that these cells aren't located in a discrete location in the brain but rather are somewhat spread out so don't count on a stem cell cure for it.

My MDMA days are behind me now for a while. On the one hand I find it amazing that people are still telling--and believing--the same horseshit about MDMA being cut with drain cleaners, rat poison, drying up spinal fluids, and causing death. On the other, I'm not so surprised. Kids in school today are telling the same jokes they did 20 and 30 years ago. Ignorance is not in short supply.
The people who die while using MDMA do so because they don't monitor their fluid intake and body temperature. They overheat, seize, and then you have a serious fucking problem.
MDMA does pose dangers and it can injure your brain and make it difficult to produce certain chemicals naturally and those chemicals regulate things like mood. Ya anyone who thinks ecstacy is safe, even for ONE use, are absolutely retarded. First off, especially anyone with diabetes, heart problems (especially undetected ones) etc etc shouldn't use it... you're ASKING to die!! It's a stimulant and anti-depressant that messes with the natural seratonin balance in your brain. Nobody even KNOWS the long-term use effects over a longer period.....but how about the guy in the UK who is basically a vegetable after using so much?

I also had the unfortunate experience of knowing a couple who concieved their child while on ecstacy, and even though the mother STOPPED it's use while pregnant, her idiot hubby was CONSTANTLY on it, having sex with her, depositing his "ecstacy"-tainted semen into her and transferring amounts of it to her body. Small doses of ecstacy for the entire pregnancy (not to mention the massive amounts the mother herself was doing until she actually found out and stopped DENYING she was pregnant) were certainly enough to do a number on the baby. I've never seen a child so vacant-eyed and even at a year the kid was not even responding to it's own name being called. The diagnosis? Severe retardation due to the parent's drug use and constant exposure to ecstacy in the womb. Wonder how many exstacy babies will haunt the next generation?Comment
