I didn't watch his show or know anything about him but he came of as genuinely apologetic IMO, and was different than the type of person one might think at first glance. He's a rough person with a rough background and he's loose with language. Some of that probably comes with the type of job he does too (criminals don't respond to "please"). The people that know him best - his friends and fans of all colors - although disappointed, seem to understand where he's coming from. Apparently his foul language is something he's been working on with his preacher for more than a year now too. Old habits die hard and sometimes spill out when you're emotional (like talking to your kid).
