They did for me. They asked for all the information and then a few days later I got my check. My email subject was "CCBill Check (10-14-2007)" so you may want to try that. Tell them you still haven't gotten your check and they should ask you for your affiliate id, name, zipcode, and check amount. Well, thats what I did a few days ago, got the canned email, gathered and sent them all the info on all my accounts that were missing checks and haven't heard shit back
