They did for me. They asked for all the information and then a few days later I got my check. My email subject was "CCBill Check (10-14-2007)" so you may want to try that. Tell them you still haven't gotten your check and they should ask you for your affiliate id, name, zipcode, and check amount. Then they'll reply back that they are working with the postal service to sort out the issue etc and you'll be notified when they fix it or reissue it.
