Pretty much like I figured, you can get away with anything around here as long as you either show others your spending money or give away something. Hell I am pretty sure it would be ok to rape peoples grandmas as long as you gave them ipods.

here is one from a bridge in east atlanta, this is the tunnel under the bridge, it was commissioned by the city

same bridge, different side:

this is a giant wall outside a shopping center, also a commissioned piece

there is tons more, but I can't pics of them....some local parks have nice pieces all over them

It's not good but no one really cares as long as the cheques come in. Most people care more about orange hurting their eyes than the legal compliance of their sponsor to a ruling most people have forgotten about.

My city has a few areas that have organised graffiti on them, mainly under highways / spillways etc, looks good in my opinion, better than a shit load of tags and crappy stuff thats been sprayed over by multiple pieces
