    looking for an Inhouse graphic artist

    Hello there GFY we are looking for someone in the So. California area who is a kick ass graphic artist.No outsourcing emails or icqs por favor,and no AlienQ complex

    - Excellent graphic design and sense of layout composition
    - Lead in creative direction, but be able to take direction as well
    - Proficient in HTML
    - Good understanding of site usability
    - High attention to detail and quality standards
    - Ability to multi-task and deliver on tight deadlines
    - Excellent communication skills
    - Rapid development of creative, intuitive and compelling designs
    - Thrive in a small office work environment
