I have issues that need to be resolved as well. I emailed a few times as suggested by the folks of cams.com told me to email aff support which did not get any response, so I emailed again, & also used the contact form, etc & still no response & here it is, what, a week later & still nothing.

Stats are useless if they are not able to be viewed. No stats show past 1/23. Also, I seriously, & very highly doubt they are counting correct.

Now that I see this thread, I need to check all the links....

I'd also like to know what cams.com is counting ? Are they only counting the join page clicks, because I find it strange that stats only show 1 unique per day. I seriously doubt this is correct. The domain the cobrand is served from gets 200-300 u per day?? Then add to this banners & text links on several other pages & I know these banners & links are getting clicked, because I have click counters on them. This seems to only with cams.com , all the other aff stuff looks to eb in working order, but I think the stats display needs working on it, & also, maybe the cobrand itself is not setup right. What it looks like is that the stats are only counting clicks, etc that come from regular cams.com linking codes & it looks like nothing at all period is being counted or tracked from the cobrand site?

Show me your co brand, as I know that co brands are working and counting correctly, we have over 9000 co brands now, it might be an issue with your specific co brand. you may also ICQ me at 2593795

that's what I am guessing, that is has to do something with the cobrand, because all the regular linking codes seem to be getting tracked, but dont look like it for the cobrand,,, anyway, if you could take a look, that would be great. I just sent you an email

I also want to complain a bit if I'm allowed to.

Yesterday I did check out the new stats a bit. First of all it looks like my revenues dropped. I have promoted your program for many years and have been growthing every month since then. Maybe I'm looking wrong, but at least I can't find the right stats then.
Secondly I'm alwys lost about the payouts in the AFF stats which you are using for CAMS too now. I never know which payout belongs to which period. In your old stats software this was very clear. I hope you can fix this too.

That was fixed by me a couple hours ago. I fixed a couple other bugs that seem to have migrated back into the live site as well. Still investigating how that happened.

I'd agree there is something wrong

While I have been with Streamray for a long time, I have had very little problem with their system, with this exception:

Seems everytime they update to some new webmaster area interface, it goes south, (Many bugs are found in it).

I have went from 1000 or so hits a period and at least 50 signups to just over a couple hundred and 4 signups.

It's not only them though, I've found that many sponsors who update their systems do so without working out the bugs first. Seems to me, they would make a few dummy files and rename their scripts and work out the problems/bugs behind the scenes before going live with the script. At least this is how I do it.

For instance, if I am running a link script, I rename one cgi file to links2 and the submit page to add2, iron out the kinks and wahla, a perfect script that saves me the embarassment of someone writing to me telling me they don't work.

When I update the sites I own, I do the same thing work on them behind the scenes and before publishing them, they are quite ready. No need to hang out the down for site maintenance sign here. <-Hates this one two coming from sponsors.

But overall I think I will stay with the legend since they do pay when it comes time too and well until now, I was on a roll. A payroll that is.

Wow, way to be hateful right out of the gate. And people wonder why support jobs can be sressful. It's attacks out of the blue like this that make me wonder why programs even bother at all trying to deal with 99% of the affiliates out there.

Did you email them? Try icq'ing? Did you perhaps try a thread that said "I noticed something isn't working, can someone please take a look at it?" ??

No, because that would be a professional approach... that would be civilized... hell, it might even be intelligent.

1) Payout schedule
In switching over to the new system we needed to bring Streamray Payout periods inline with Adult Friend Finder Pay Periods. Going forward the pay periods and payout dates will be as follows:

The pay period ending on the 1st is paid out starting on the 5th of each month.

The pay period ending on the 15th is paid out on the 20th of each month.

We will be cutting several separate checks this week, first one will be for the days from the 6th to the 10th the second check will be for the period from the 10th to the 15th. And Finally There is additional money that was earned from the 10th to the 15th which will be paid on the next pay period. you can see the amount currently owed and paid in your stats. Once the next check period goes out we will be completely on this new schedule.

Does that help, or are there still questions regarding payouts?

One bitchy thread on GFY can repair it more faster. Thats what i have learned as active affiliate of around 40 programs. I was bitching because i lost some money, i dont have to be polite then.
And i really hate when such topnotch program make such lame transition to new user end -> it seems to me that they didnt even check their link codes if it works. That transition can be made in more profesional way...end of story.
