    Any good way of getting rid of a headache?

    Got a damn headache. You guys got any tips on how to get rid of it? I don't want to take any pills or medicine crap though.

      I get migraines and the only thing that will soothe them if meds aren't handy is a big bottle of Gatorade.

      Works good for a hangover too.

                                                      Eat, and drink lot of apple-juice. Avoid too much nicotin and coffee. Work with LCD monitors (and watch LCD TV). If you sit down working, go for a walk 30 minutes each day. Massage is good, neck and head.

                                                      Often headache could be symptoms of diabetes.
                                                      Often headache could also mean you need glasses

                                                                              I don't often fet headaches but I do often tire myself out working. I;ll try the walking thing.

                                                                                              Its about the refresh rates. CRT monitors makes this invisible flicking. Opposite, LCD monitors could be bad if you use analouge connection or if you buy a cheap/old one with low response time.

                                                                                              Buy a good LCD monitor, its really worth it. I had headaches many times when working with CRT. Then I bought a good LCD monitor and suddenly the headaches were gone.
