As for weight, I don't know what the problem is, could be hormonal or genetics. I know I'm no better than anyone else, but I eat a lot, and for some reason I'm barely 95lbs (I'm 5 ft), and I mean barely.... And some of my friends starve themselves and they weigh more, their 110 (also around 5ft or 5'1"), so I guess it's more of a luck thing.
And it's not an age thing as much for me, I'll be 30 in a few years and I'm still under 95 lbs and sometimes I don't fit in certain brands size 0 still, I wear size 00 (smaller than a size 0). I think it's just good genes.
