I usually take showers cause it's more convenient, but baths are way more relaxing and feels a lot better, so I do enjoy them more too.

Ice pack + hot bath is what I do on a regular basis to help bring my migraines down enough to fall asleep. Also works great with fevers.money talks and bullshit walks.Comment
