                  Telefonica are a tricky bunch of motherfuckers
                  I doubt they have 10mb out there, we have 4 ( which they say is 8 ), and they charge us like 150-200 EUR a month for it. They will give you free install, but they sneak in little charges here and there anyways.

                  They have gotten better at actually showing up and installing these days though, usually takes just a couple of days now, before the wait was 3 weeks to never, or you bribed them to come faster.
