    Best person at CCBill to talk to about opening a billing account?

    Who is the best person there to talk to about some questions I have about which account is best for me to have, etc? I don't want to randomly bother people.

          Andy Kiefer is my ccbill guy. I can understand him, everyone else talks slow or just dead tired. ex 149 i think. Im pretty sure he's in sales and on day shift.

                  While any one of our sales reps should be able to help you, they will not be back in the office until Monday. If you would like, go ahead and give me a call at the number below, and I should be able to assist you with a bulk of the questions you might have. This way you do not have to wait a couple of days to speak with someone. Thanks

                          Thanks James...I was pretty sure I wouldn't have an email response until after the weekend but it is good to know somebody is around on the weeknds

                          Now I just have to make a list of my questions.

                              I think all of the good billing companies work on the weekends. I know that CCbill, Paycom and netbilling all do. Doug is a good guy at CCbill too. When we used to use them, he was our man.
