"In order for us to keep expanding the way we currently are we are in need of more resources. We're currently pushing very large amounts of data and if we continue to grow at this rate we're going to need not only more hardware resources, but a lot more bandwidth to supply the amount of pages we're currently serving. For those wondering, we're currently pushing almost 2.5 million pages per day. That's a lot of server load, and a lot of bandwidth.
Over the next couple of weeks I am going to be trialling new advertising programs. I may at times move our current header advertisement to the footer while I trial a new one in the header, and perhaps vice versa to see where we can raise the most revenue in order to comfortably setup and pay for more resources. I will be making appropriate changes to any new advertisements in order to drop loading times.
Please bare with us. We have long term plans to remove the advertisements from pornBB entirely, and it's not something we're going to forget. The site isn't a large profit maker, and we don't intend it to be. We ask our members understand the current situation we're in!"
