Could be a variety of things, from fixing a link on a page, uploading content to member/webmaster areas, making thumbnails, mailing swag out, submitting galleries, updating our TGPs.

It would depend on your skills, but we pay our people above the standard, because though we play hard, we work hard too and all wear various hats at times.
