reason:paypal has limited the account....that means i can recv funds but cant sell or withdraw...however limitation can be resolved by simply adding a credit card.....no credit card has been added till yet......i dont have a credit card thats y i am not able to resovel the limitation of the account...

Buy a prepaid credit card with a few bucks on it and add it. Some prepaid cards will allow you to register so you have address verification. Problem solved. Anyone buying that account from you is going to get fucked...

You cannot sell paypal account-first beacuse it's against paypal tos, second beacuse possible buyer card wont work beacuse it's not same name(i already tried that so i know)Third you will need to provide email adress as well.

till now i havent added any card.......so whosoever buys it will add the card and it will be the first....i am ready to provide the email........and after 6 monhts if the account is still limited then you can withdraw...but i cant wait that long.......

As soon as someone with a different name tries changing the address and verifying their credit card on the account they will get fucked. Paypal just updated their security procedures recently and a lot of people that were fucking around lost their accounts. Anyone that would buy this from you is going to get fucked, plain and simple...

there is nothing like this...have u ever visited digital point forums........der ppl offer there credit cards to get it verified and nothing happens.......dont comment if u dont know....

"CHANGE security questions and answers."

Paypal ONLY does this after an account has been broken into and the account is reset to the original email address.

So basically, he hacked an email address.
