    It is PR3, has no site and no traffic.
    It is a domain that had use ages ago and is not in use.

                                  actually i didnt pay much attention to this domain, since you posted about pr3

                                  its a 3 letter name, so it could be worth a nice amount to an end-user ( big mainstream company ) but being PR3 doesnt matter in this case at all


                                  it has also some value to domain speculators, but not $15k ;)
                                  I don't use ICQ anymore.

                                                              3 letter average domains (not 3 characters) I usually see go for around 2k. The really good ones can fetch a lot more of course. If you have a 15k offer take it and run and buy me a beer for the good advice.

                                                                  You can't count on domaineers to give you valuations in most cases, if you are selling, they are buying ;)

                                                                          Looked at sedo and the rest and it does not come close to 15k, more like $2500. Most are saying take it and run.
