it takes up server load and with the board right now it does nto need any extra load at the moment

There does seem to be a disturbing trend around here lately, particularly the deleting of threads... Someone will clue in soon and realize that there may be an oppurtunity soon to dethrone the king.

It's the same load as any other thread, all gfy loads is the url.

I hear Lens whips his Mods if they don't follow the rules..they are just doing the best they can and sometimes you have to make a judgement call.Might not be popular with some but somebody has to make an decision..Besides..how do you know Lens didn't shut or delete it himself?..

I just find it funny that they would lock 1 thread with many pictures being posted at once... yet they leave the 20 threads Juicy starts every night with a picture or some non-sensical 2 word comment in each of them. Then of course he spams the shit out of his own threads.

I was reading a thread a couple days ago with an Adult.com employee actively posting in it and another poster was posting threads from another adult webmaster board.

I always thought that was a big No No here but nothing was said.

It wasn't 5,000 pictures...it was about another max. 200 pix posts/pics to reach 5k posts, and it was a pretty funny and entertaining thread to me and I'm guessing some of the hundreds of others who either read or contributed to the thread.

Look at how many BS threads were generated in the fake GFY Playboy jacket giveaway recently. Pretty hypocritical...

If you are going to take the time to ban someone or delete a thread, some kind of explanation would be nice at least, so that other people are not bushwacked for simply doing what other people do...and if the reason is bullshit, then the rules need to be changed, or some mods need some better training and a little more discipline regarding arbitrarily deleting threads/terminating threads/banning people...

Otherwise, apply for a job in the Bush adminsitration Dept. of Justice.

why even try to clean this place up, unless the vast majority of users feel a thread is overdue, then maybe dump it, but cmon. There is so much fucking garbage on the front page daily, the cats outta the bag and he aint goin back in.

My guess is perhaps it is somewhat along these rules? or perhaps they should add to the existing?

No one from GFY (you included) has explained why Chio's thread was terminated, while other threads that would seemingly be worse offenders to many still remain...

I don't dislike TexasDreams. Afterall, he created the dancing banana, and many good photochops. Odd then that he of all people would terminate your thread for essentially posting much of the same as what he has done many times - and which possibly helped in his hiring on at GFY (geez, almost everyone likes Chio's photochops).

I'm sure TD is up to his nuts recharging the GFY fleshlight and dealing with all of the GFY bugs of late, so maybe he should focus on that instead of banning a harmless thread.
