    What's the best converting niche ?

    I want to start a third site, but not sure where to go with it. Right now , I have an asian niche site (my site), and a pov bj / facial site. What would be a good niche to do a new site in that converts well? How's handjobs sites, panty fetish, etc. Can't do anything crazy extreme since i'm in the midwest.....more difficult to get talent for extreme stuff. Your thoughts ?

                                                                      POV shoots are cheap, I own one myself and unless you have 100+ different girls (which ewe have) you have a hard fight to fight. There are a TON of guys that shoot POV stuff in pretty much every town you can find one. So you have alot of competition. And that's for HJ and BJ's.

                                                                      If you want a site that sells like crazy then micro niche and spend some money on it. An all DP site, or a lesbian site with no less then 3 girls every scene. Not that those stand out but then it comes to marketing but you will have a lot less competition.

                                                                      Micro niching is even better, Asian Creampies. All girls get a creampie in every scene, I am sure it's out there but will you have a lot of competition? No, so you will have an easier time marketing. Don't be afraid to spend money on a project, pov stuff is co-tail content for me.

                                                                      Niche into something that will sell, sure teens with dildos sell, but that's a saturated market. We shoot a ton of BBW's and have a BBW network with soon 8 all exclusive sites and an affiliate program just for that niche. Most guys wouldn't even think about shooting this kind of stuff because it doesn't make them look cool to their friends. So they stick with the teens with dildos. I'll let you have one guess who is making more cash,.. anyway I am sure you get the point.

                                                                      Create something yourself, it's always good to have "wow, factor" .. you want people to say, did you see that shit?.. and point everyone they know to your site.I can name plenty of guys who do this kind of stuff.

                                                                              If you want to talk micro niche I came across a site the other day that featured cast worship...the girl on the site had both her legs in a cast in some scenes, arms in another, full body cast in yet another. I thought that was pretty fucking odd.

                                                                              Going with what Sebastian said I think a strictly BBW lesbian site is something that would sell and it is not overexposed, not to mention it would be easier to recruit talent...
