and I hate to say it, but I don't think I know one girl without a tattoo anymore, It is obviously the circles I hang around in, but to be honest I don't think i would get along socially with men that didn't find tattoos on women sexy....those type of men don't deserve open minded women anyway, they can have their barbara bush types, i don't want them ....LOL

my point is that people who get visible tattoos end up limiting their opportunities because mainstream society will not take them seriously.

it is true that if you are self-employed you can look anyway you want---but the majority of people in this world have to work for someone else.

i have never had a doctor, college professor, or banker who sported a tattoo.

but i have seen them on people who tow my car, dip my ice cream cone, or help me at kinkos.

my point is refers to the economic cost to most people who sport visable tattoos.

tattoos are usually VERY EXPENSIVE if you have to work for anyone other than yourself because they end up limiting your opportunities.

I agree with that to an extent, but those that appreciate the ART of being tattoo'ed also think about that before delving into the inked world

as for the doctor, college professor, etc....that isn't quite true anymore...I have had doctors in the past with tattoos, you just couldn't see them in plain sight...in fact I had one doctor that had a complete backpiece, the only reason he showed me is because he saw my backpiece, and we compared

same goes for BDSM sex play and wierd kinky sex shit. I had a buddy a few years back that ran a BDSM supply shop that was only open from 12am-6am....he said one of his biggest customers was a HUGE political figure in that state, along with that dudes wife....they bought harnesses, restraints, gags, etc....

just cause you don't see it, doesn't mean it ain't there
