Who has the best looking affilaite program, that not only is apealing, but also tells a webmaster exactly what it is they are getting and why they should sign up, and motivates you through eye candy and sales pitch to sign up. How the program looks does not determine if I promote them. If they have hot sites that I know I can sell, that is the bottom line for me.
We all know the deal. It's just a matter of how much they pay, when they pay, and how they pay.
All the flash, cars and bling is over done IMHO. Every program looks the same with all that stuff. If you want to impress me, have good looking sites and pay me on time.
I also think affiliate programs are giving away WAY too much these days. I know it's hard to get affiliates, but Nasty Dollars is a perfect example... no BS. You know what your getting, you get it. They have sites that sell, they pay you well for the sale... and that's the bottom line.Comment

This is a tough question. I've seen hundreds of affiliate programs and not one of them is memorable as far as design goes. However, there are a few banners that I can remember and get my attention... Bang Bros would be one of those.

I think it depends who your target audience is - experienced webmasters may be more interested in advanced / backend features, whereas newbie webmasters might like to dream the dream.

You know, their flash tour is very impressive, but being a webmaster for SC the past few years, I can say I don't look at the flash anymore. I actually go to their lite login each time to get my links and fetch stats since its much faster. They already convinced me, so no need to waste my time loading the fancy graphics...

Slow loading graphics make it totally annoying to go check stats. And I really don't think webmasters care about speel. Remember you're advertising to advertisers. You need to provide them with simplicity and user friendliness. If they need something they should be able to find it quickly.Comment

Nobody does anything without incentives. But the best incentives to an affiliate webmaster are detailed statistics that help a webmaster send you the best traffic he/she can plus be able to track whales by username ID so they see the rewards of your % program and the strength of long term rentention.

Lars, I think what works the best is winning awards and word of mouth. I think the people who really make $$$ in this business know what the best programs to promote. Also, having a good tracking system, paying on time, etc.Comment

Silver Cash's interface is way to slow...
I'd do more with TCG if it wasn't so slow...

I really like the PornoPushers front end, too-especially for someone new to the biz. They break down their tours and the reasons behind the way they are put together, and that makes them feel approachable with any questions you might have.
I'm numbed out to the piles of cash, hot chicks, and shiny cars at this point. they don't bother me or anything, but I don't even make a mental note of them at all.
What I do wish is that more programs show screenshots of their stats system in their front ends.Need Hosting? Reality Check Network services me purrrfectly!
