              Looks like they use CCBILL and Verotel, a popular combo but I don't see a link to PayPal.

                          They are offering PayPal as an option. I guess PayPal is like eBay in that they rely on surfers to alert them to the fact that their rules are being violated. I hope this guy has all his money out of his PayPal account by the time someone from this board reports him otherwise he will loose all that he his in his account.
