A few suggestions for you;
- Don't send traffic to that disclaimer page; you need to show content right away to any traffic you buy.
- Avoid skimmed traffic. I will not perform well on sites that are mostly text. Skimmed traffic is sourced (mostly) from thumb sites, and that's what those visitors are expecting to see.
- Have a definite goal for the purchased traffic. What are you trying to do? Generate sales? Feed trades? Boost Alexa rankings?
