Constructive Criticism - You really did not make it very easy for people to get to the join page. I had to actually search out the links to your site. Surfers are not going to "work" to get to your join page.

Probably would have been better to no link the graphic at the top at all, and take the two links as text, one in the middle above the videos and one completely at the bottom to play sweeper.

Oh yeah, side note... it would be to your advantage to put enough blank lines after that final text link so that someone who scrolls all the way down only sees a couple of pictures and your text link.
