We are pretty recent cam site with low number of models for the moment and since the beginning we tried many variants to make the people signup and get their cash .Finally we reached to the conclusion that girls are the problem,they are not too many.
We tried to let people signup for free and buy after the payperview ,didn't work ,we tried then with a free preview ,not chat available ,redirecting to join for free and then pursue them to buy the cash ,didn't work ...now we put them to verify the age with a trial and leave them unlimited time for free chat ,not working either.
IF you guys can help a little then i'd appreciate your help a lot ... i ll probably change to what ever you guys think is the best ,especially if there are more opinions sharing THE idea.
