Google Insider: Disgruntled google employee spills beans about priority id's

A disgruntled google employee has posted information on the security portal milw0rm.com detailing what was often thought to be an inside joke.
The blog post refers to the use of "priority id's" given to specific clients to "speed up " or "boost" the rank of certain websites. While the article does not contain any evidence that the priority id system exists , late today other security website's were posting an url inside google's priority id system that appears authentic.
