Your application is subject to final approval by the Director of Customer Services. The Customer Services Department reserves the right to reject an application at any time for any reason. Recipients of approved special plates will receive a notification within 60 to 90 days instructing you of how you may pick up your special plate.
If there is more than one application for the same special plate, the application first processed shall have priority.
