Sounds good. I wouldn't do it with a Ribeye, but for a more inexpensive strip or sirlion, that sounds about right.
Presented with a pretty sweet deal, I decided to go ahead and try Omaha Steaks for the first time, and expect a bunch of meat come Monday... will have to try something similar one night soon. Thanks for the idea.
