only one mentioned that i could get to accually deliever the final flv movie in the correct bitrate.. all the others do their best they always have a huge overhead for some reason , so a 500kbps ends up being 658 etc..
and no, it wasnt because the sounds was set wrong etc.. so if you want it done fast go with one of the programs mentioned. if you want it done right go with squeeze.

What Adobe utility is free and works to convert to Flash video? I do not think that the free Adobe Media Encoder can encode from pre-existing video files, only from live sources as they are captured.
I use Sorenson Squeeze sometimes, and it makes beautiful Flash video relatively quickly, but it can't add a watermark in the process unfortunately.
Otherwise I normally use Cleaner XL to batch encode video and add my watermarks, but it is very slow to encode Flash video.

The only 2 professional choices IMHO are sorenson squeeze and On2 Flix Pro... They each have their advantages, but sorenson is known to have some strange audio related issues, which is a shame because it has a much better batch setup, where you can do multiple encoding schemes on multiple files. Flix lets you batch, but with only one encoding scheme per batch.
If you could put the squeeze user interface over the flix engine, you'd have a winner.
