Suspect they don't give a shit psili - they don't have to do much when the aftermath of 9/11 is still doing very well from their perspective and the economic toll still rising.
Sure, it's easy to cause utter havoc from very basic activity and where some of that would never be known for months/years later, but could have a severe impact. Can be very nasty stuff and have some doubts even Al Queda would want to go that far - it's more in the realms of the mentally ill and stuff you'd not wish on your worst enemy.
