A man is visiting his wife in the hospital where she rests in a deep coma. The husband notices that her heart rate monitor beeped faster as he caressed her hand. He notifies a doctor who tells him that intimate contact can stimulate a comatose patient and in rare instances, patients have actually been awakened from sexual contact.
