and then theres this guy, nearly in tears because he can't shoot the kids

I remember just recently actually driving with my friend , and he suddenly shouted "PULL OVER" i was like " umm ok ok " so i pull over and he explains he saw some money floating down the street int he wind, so he tells me to back up he thinks he see's it.. so i back up , and he hops out to grab the money and i see it swifty float down the street , and he chases after it , and then we both notice some kids down the street have the money attached to a fishing pole , and are gutting themselves laughing.. my buddy almost lost it.. he wanted to chase down the kids , i was like " calm down man "hatisblack at yahoo.comComment

i dunno its a touchy question. of course i dont think anyone should be shot for anything , they should be tortured.. shooting someone would always be the last option.. i guess it just gets frustrating when theres no good reason a child should be throing a rock at a car.. of course like i said i threw rocks at cars when i was a kid so i'm awfully hypocrytical in saying that but.. Come on now, although it is rotten of a kid to do, you should all know that all kids try it! Especially boys because they are mischevious.
I remember a few of the kids in my school throwing rocks at a teachers' car one time and they got paddled and their parents did a number on them when they got home. They never did it again!
Still though most of those boys that did that grew up into nice normal young men. Tell their parents, but please don't shoot em! LOL!
