775s are kind of the new 423. Nobody can hear you scream. They're decent, but they're odd. There are no pins, they just 'sit atop and snap into' the case, and the heatsink sits atop of that. You do not use thermal paste with them.
You might want to make sure that that mobo will be mATX so it fits a smaller case.
Your RAM, CPU, and Mobo are all capable of different speeds. Are you going to run everything at 800Mhz? If not, I'd suggest trying to 'match' up the speeds as close as possible. It doesn't matter now like it did a few years ago, but having different timing for everything still means that it is not running 'optimally'.
I'd suggest an NVidia video card; I've owned ATI exclusively since about '98, but I've had nothing but shit support and software since AMD purchased them; I will not own another ATI video card.
