      Doesn't the site have to be deleted and the domain given to them?

          He doesn't have to delete the domain or give anything to "them". He just can't do anything adult related for the terms of his probation but he can go on showing the l33t iraqi death pictures.

                          anyway ad packages will last until April 20th or so. At that time the domain will be turned over to the state, we are still getting a ton of traffic and doing business as usual until then

                              NO ONE is BASHING fris, NO ONE said ANYTHING negative. It's a lack of knowledge about the case that is keeping (me at least) the wallet closed. I'm not going to buy advertising on a site I'm hearing news that is to be closed down. This is were chris will fill us in.

                                                                          Chris, i'm sure this isn't a new idea ... but ... if they haven't placed a block on the sale of the domain name, why don't you sell the site to a friend who is a foreign citizen where that court of law will have no jurisdiction ?

                                                                          That way you can play an 'unofficial' role in running the site any way you wish.

                                                                                  chris, have you ever thought of asking if you can keep the domain, but not put anything adult on it. you could start a mainstream humor type site. you could use the existing traffic. they do extremely well with the affil programs. just one way to go.

They think they are going to reach mass numbers with some anti-porn message they are going to throw up on it. Like anyone is going to keep comming to it once the adult stuff is gone.
