Ive got $5 supermarket wines here I drink on a regular basis, soon youll see a winecard and know what you like and what you dont and what fits with what.

                                                  But theres nothing like a wrong wine with a wrong dish imho, some ppl drink sweet white wine with steak, hey if you like it you like it...

Its so damn good, you just wanna put the bottle on the table and poor it over icecream, in coffee or drink it all at once. Id doesnt have that nasty spicey taste to it like the french desertwines have.

                                                                                                                                                                                              The best advice has already been posted in this thread: try some of the less expensive varieties to see what you like first, and then go from there. But if you try a $3 bottle of wine and you really like it, then theres nothing wrong with that.
