Anyone have an xbox 360?

I'm trying to get on xbox live and it wont update. Anyone else ever have this problem? It says my internet connection is ok, but nothing.

Yeah. I did the xbox live connection test and everything passed. I'll plug it into the cable box to see what happens.

I have one, but it's out for repairs (3 red lights)

I have noticed that parts of the net seems fucked today. My 360 was connected to a router along with 2 other PCs and a 2nd 360 and never had that problem.

Your a Nube...call the cable/phone company or the XBOX LIVE customer service. They will help you troubleshoot for problems (as there could be many)

I bought mine on launch date got it replaced once for HD failure and it just took a a shit on a couple of days ago....arrrghhh

Back to the repair shop

Reset your router and try again. If you got cleared on the tests, that's usually all it is.

What provider do you use for your internet? I couldn't get online when I switched to Verizon Fios until their tech support walked me through the procedure.

Ours decided to stop working just the same day we bought Halo3. We have been on the phone a number of times with MS trying to get them to give us the shipping code we need. They take details and say it will be emailed and never is. grrr.

Over here..when you send in the warranty thing they will take it back and repair it for free. They are suppose to be giving a UPS code. Our friends did it no problem but we seem to be having problems getting what we need.

In the US they will mail you a box to send it into them via ups. then once it is done they will send it back with a new 1 year warranty.
