Your a Nube...call the cable/phone company or the XBOX LIVE customer service. They will help you troubleshoot for problems (as there could be many)

I bought mine on launch date got it replaced once for HD failure and it just took a a shit on a couple of days ago....arrrghhh

Back to the repair shop
