          How can someone send you rates and execution plan without even knowing the website URL?

          "It's an investment related website." is not enough.

          btw, I assume you want 1k uniques a day of organic traffic, right? Are you also willing to pay to keep those visitors? Or just a once time plan?

              Yes, I'm willing to pay for clicks from target audience. Is Google Adwords the best deal out there? any other innovative way?
