OK I will agree that I've heard good things about phatservers, and I've seen sly around for years and he seems to be on top of his game, so a big props to them. But I wanted to just chime in and sai I'm glad you are happy with them for your first few days and hope it last for years for you. The thing is that they are good and so are many other hosts, the problems that you had were really caused by yourself for going with "RackShack/EV1/ThePlanet and DreamHost" those are all cheap hosts that offer nothing but cheap prices and garbage quality and support, thus you get what you pay for. Now you are with one of the real hosts and should be very happy for years.
