Hell Fla we for the most part just get Hurricanes and with that alone it's getting almost impossible to get home insurance now days. So how the fuck do people in Cali get it?

well lets see.
1. each act is typically limited to a very small area.
2. repeats are not that common, well ok the slides in So cal need to be addressed and there should be NO Government or state assistance to home owners there, aside from emergency services. I am just talking no interest free loans, state of emergency crap and so forth.
3. California is not southern California. Hell it is not even if you add in middle California either which some who get on my nerves call Norther California, despite it ony being half way up the state.
4. For most part it is Middle CA and Southern CA that ever gets nailed by the earthquakes. Yet hell we are on the edge of the ring of fire.
5. Did I mention we also have volcanos?
6. Florida on the otherhand is barely above sea level and when a hurricane hits it often eats half or more of the state. Though there is no laws requiring dome housing. Hell Florida just finally figured out hey lets not put traffic lights on wires. When most of the other western states have not been doing wire suspended traffic lights since the mid 60's.
